Smoothie Time: Pink Lovin’

How are you doing? Today it is Monday. New week, New Start!
And why not kick of your day and week with a healthy and jummy smoothie?
Lately I am more in to discovering jummy recipes for smoothies and after experimenting a bit I have created my ‘Pink Lovin’ smoothie. It is very easy and you just need a few ingredients.

Jummy in your tummy guaranteed !

Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 2 banana’s
  • The juice of 2 oranges (so add one more than in the picture above)
  • 250 gram of blackberries
  • 6 tablespoons of yoghurt (any kind)

Put all the ingredients in the blender and start with the yoghurt at the bottom. You can put all the ingredients in the blender at the same time. Blend for about 20 seconds until all the ingredients are blended in to a beautiful pink color.IMG_7283Doesn’t this look delicious? I wish this shade of pink came in a lipstick : )

  1. This looks so good. I will definitely have to try it. It could be a good breakfast or lunch substitute with some protein powder in it.
